Rev Fr George Kammattil VC, the former Superior General of Vincentian Congregation is the Chairman of the company and Fr Mathew Naickomparampil VC, Fr George Panakkal VC, Fr Augustine Vallooran, Fr Varghese Thuruthichira, Fr Joseph Vaniamthara, Fr Sijo Antony, Mr Issac Joseph are the directors of the board. Mr Peter K Joseph is the Managing Director.
